My track light is off and I want to know how will I be able to cut it back
on? I have a 1992 Lexus SC400.

I suspect you have an ABS brake system problem!
Do you have Anti-lock brake action if you slam on the brakes real hard?
If the answer is no, then you will need to see a repair professional that
can
test all the components.
It could be the brake fluid is low in the brake reservoir, so start there and
let me know what you find.
This "trac off' can cause problems in wet rainy weather as far as maintaining
control of your car in hard turning or braking conditions.
There is no switch for you to flip to turn this light out. Start with the level
of the brake fluid and if it is okay seek professional help.
